We offer a refund guarantee on web hosting services under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase.
Refunds apply only to first-time purchases of shared hosting or reseller hosting plans.
The refund covers hosting fees only.
Non-Refundable Hosting Charges

2. Domain Name Refunds
Due to domain registry rules:
All domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable.
Once a domain is registered or transferred, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
This applies to all domain extensions.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
