You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

HostLift is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for:

Malware, phishing, hacking, or fraud
Spam or unsolicited bulk email
Copyright infringement
Abuse of server resources
Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) may result in suspension or termination without refund.
4. Payments & Billing
All services must be paid in advance unless stated otherwise.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
Prices are subject to change with or without notice.
Taxes may apply depending on your location.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy:
Hosting services may be eligible for a refund within the stated refund period.
Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable.
Abuse, policy violations, or chargebacks void refund eligibility.
6. Domain Names
Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is completed.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of domain registration information.
Domain disputes are handled according to ICANN policies.
Domains are non-refundable once registered.
7. Suspension & Termination
HostLift reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms
Suspend services for non-payment
Terminate accounts involved in abuse or illegal activity
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8. Backups & Data
While we may offer backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
HostLift is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, user error, or service interruption.
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
HostLift is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
HostLift shall not be liable for:
Loss of data
Loss of profits or revenue
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the affected period.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HostLift harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
