HostLift is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) may result in suspension or termination without refund.

• Domains are non-refundable once registered.

7. Suspension & Termination

HostLift reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms

• Suspend services for non-payment

• Terminate accounts involved in abuse or illegal activity

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. Backups & Data

• While we may offer backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

• HostLift is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, user error, or service interruption.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

• Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

• HostLift is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

HostLift shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the affected period.
